As part of British Science Week join our Facilitators and discover how our collections are the products of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematical creativity and thinking. Then taking inspiration from our materials display on the Assemblage and the deep rooted history of the textiles industry at the Silk Mill, we will explore how scrap textiles can be changed using heat and other materials to create sculptural pieces or have different uses.
