A year-long, citywide project by Murmuration Arts, bringing families in Derby together.
Nightlight Lullabies explores the universal experience of parenting and how we soothe our babies to sleep. A sound, light and performance installation inspired by research and creative workshops with Derbian parents, including the involvement of deaf communities through collaborations with the Royal School for the Deaf, D-Youth Hub, and Action Deafness.
The installation will be exhibited in the World Collections Gallery, showing works including:

Suitable for all. Family friendly space with baby change available in the museum toilet, accessible by lifts, café on site and nursing welcome. Please note that every Thursday we will have a member of staff on site that has a level 2 certificate in BSL.
