Learn how to trace off a T shirt, so that you have a fully workable pattern to take home and make again.
During this workshop, you will learn how to make a paper pattern from a T shirt (provided), altering it to fit your body shape. We will be creating the pattern, adding seam allowance, and even making small pattern changes, such as changing the length, or adding a seam line.
We will give you the skills to prepare your pattern, ready for sewing up at home with your chosen fabric.
Please note this activity is aimed at young people and their families, so a basic introductory level. But not exclusive to young people. Suitable for ages (12+) some sewing and pattern cutting experience necessary.
