At Derby Museums we pride ourselves on being inclusive and equitable. Our staff and facilitators have experience in planning for, and delivering, sessions with a whole range of pupils from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities and our sessions are designed to be adaptable. Computing and Coding

Museum of Making SEND Key Stage 3 - STEAM Learning

Learners discover the world of computer programming and coding, in this active, inspiring and inclusive session. Inspired by objects from our Museum of Making collection, learners first explore the evolution of computer technology - from the first electronic programmable computer in 1945 to the technology of today, before taking on their own computer programming challenge, using Micro:bit technology.
